Our Founder – Jagdish Kumawat
Jagdish Kumawat, the driving force behind The Sales Masters, transcends the roles of a sales trainer and public speaker to embody a visionary who has transformed his passion into a thriving profession. His unwavering commitment lies in inspiring others, and he champions the philosophy of Deliberate Learning, where knowledge finds its greatest potential in application.
Jagdish's journey is a testament to his indomitable spirit. Commencing his career as a computer science graduate, he embarked on an educational odyssey, culminating in a Business Management degree from Pune University. His path then led him through the realms of sales, marketing, and training, amassing an impressive 18-year portfolio enriched by stints with industry giants such as Kotak Mahindra, Future Capital, Capital First, and Star Health Insurance.
But Jagdish Kumawat's journey extends beyond the corporate realm. He is an active member of the Deccan Toastmasters Club, where he has held influential roles, including Vice President Education, Vice President Membership, and Club President. His leadership prowess extended to District 125, where he served as an Area Director at Toastmasters International.
Within the Toastmasters community, Jagdish has garnered accolades like Competent Communicator, Advanced Leader Bronze, and Effective Coach. His mentorship extends beyond the club to nurture business owners, small-scale enterprises, and as a guest faculty at (VIT) Vidyalankar Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
